We appreciate that today’s busy lifestyle means convenient reliable deliveries are important. Therefore, during the checkout process you are able to choose a delivery date that suits you.
Cut off for next working day delivery is 4 pm, exclusions apply, please refer to the rates for details.
Orders placed after 4 pm will be picked and dispatched on the next available working day.
All pallet deliveries are ‘ kerbside deliveries’ only - this means that the third party couriers we employ to deliver your order are not permitted to bring the pallet into your property and that the order will be left at the nearest exterior accessible location providing that the route is a flat, hard surface over which a pallet truck can be manoeuvred. As tiles are heavy, we advise that you have someone on hand to help you move the boxes into your property.
The maximum weight of items on a single pallet is 975Kg
Deliveries are charged per pallet up to 6 pallets. Tiles247 will subsidise any pallets over this quantity to minimise delivery costs to the customer i.e. if an order requires 10 pallets, the customer will pay for 6 pallets we will pay for the other 4.
Parcel deliveries are capped at 15kg.
Orders over 15 kg must be transported by pallet and therefore pallet charges will apply. See the ‘Rates’ section for further information relating to charges.
We reserve the right to apply a flat rate charge of £40 for any re-delivery which exceeds two attempts where the customer is not present to sign for the goods on the arranged day.

We can deliver to a UK based port, although this is where our responsibility for the goods ends.
It is up to the customer to arrange transport from the port to the country of their choice.
Tiles247 will not be responsible for any damages once the goods are delivered and signed for by the port.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the order is checked for any visible sign of damage prior to signing for the goods.
Check your tiles carefully when they are delivered for signs of damage. If your tiles are damaged, sign for as damaged and take a photo whilst on the pallet prior to unloading.
Call us to report damage within 24 hours of receiving your pallet. Please note, that only one claim for damages can be accepted per order.
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is in the care of the courier, you will receive a dispatch email. The order is then unable to be amended. Therefore please ensure that delivery dates, addresses and items are correct prior to dispatch. Please assess the weight of the boxes as tiles can be heavy, and precautions may need to be made.
The third party couriers we use do not offer an assisted delivery service as standard. However, we are happy to look into an alternative premium service tailored to your specific needs upon request. Usually, the minimum charge of £80 plus your standard fee will apply should an assisted delivery be requested. However, this can increase depending on categorical location and any special requirements at the delivery point.
If paying via PayPal, you will leave our website and the transaction will go through with your default PayPal address details. This will override any previous address details entered into our checkout page. Therefore, please ensure that you change and confirm the required delivery address within your PayPal account.
